EASTERN RAILWAY HIGH SCHOOL, ANDAL is a school Under the Ministry of Railway, Govt. of India. It was established in the year 1931.
EASTERN RAILWAY HIGH SCHOOL, Andal is one of the oldest school run by the Eastern Railway, Asansol division to spread education among the children of this industrial belt. Previously the school was a Bengali Medium school and was affiliated by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education but in 2018 the school was switched over to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi and the school was converted into Co-Educational English Medium. At present students here are getting education from standard one to standard ten. The school not only follows academic curriculum of C.B.S.E but also conducts various extra-curricular activities like sports,drawing,dance,music,recitation,debate,quiz,computer learning and many more among the students.
